LESSON SET OVERVIEW

With this lesson set, your students will:

read an article with tips on dealing with stress,
discuss stress-relief ideas,
learn and practise the vocabulary on the topic,
watch a video about a breathing relaxation technique,
practise phrases to talk about relaxation techniques.
